Walk into our lobby, where you will be greeted by our friendly team. If you have not previously filled out the new patient paperwork online, we will provide you with new patient paperwork that includes a health questionnaire, a request for your insurance information, and contact information. We will also provide information to familiarize you with our office and how we handle patient privacy.
What would happen when I visit the dentist for the first time?
Your initial dentist visit will start with an exam of around 90 minutes. Our experienced team at Maple Dentistry will ask you questions, get to know your oral hygiene routine, and listen to your health concerns. Our number one belief and priority is educating patients and empowering them to make good choices to improve their oral health. We will demonstrate how to properly care for your teeth and make additional suggestions as needed. Our dental hygienist will clean your teeth, and then Dr. Haque will complete your examination and recommend proposed dental treatments.
Dental Insurance
We accept a variety of insurance providers. Please call our office at 734-525-2552 to see if we work with your insurance provider.
Our pricing structure ensures patients receive the high-quality dental care they deserve. If your dental insurance does not cover all your dental treatments, we will work with you to identify a payment solution.
